9001-2008 guidelines.

VEMA was launched in 1994 in order to make the most of the consolidated experience and consummate expertise of its staff members in the manufacture of progressive, transfer and block dies and the cold-stamping of sheet steel, with a view to offering innovative solutions to meet our partners’ requirements.
The company also carries out precision machining operations by leveraging both the potential of its state-of-the-art machinery and the experience of its technicians.
The Technical Department has access to cutting-edge technologies with CAD-CAM-CAE 3D software to ensure that the dies are designed and manufactured to the very latest standards.

In 2007, Italian company VEMA began to explore the
Egyptian market and has since gone on to take advantage of the wealth of
opportunities available there by establishing strong commercial relationships
with various Egyptian companies. Reflecting this success, in 2008 VEMA opened a
permanent sales office in Cairo.
The company’s clients operate in two main industries: automotive and home
appliances.
Moreover, also in 2008, the company opened a factory for the manufacture of dies
and the stamping of sheet metal in Egypt. The factory is located in the 10th
district of the industrial city of Ramadan.
The machinery required for the new factory was imported from Italy through VEMA
ITALY, which manages the facility.
