The dies are manufactured and processed using wire EDM and plunge EDM, as well as high-speed, high-precision grinding tools, lathes and milling machinery, before being assembled and tested by our specialist technicians.

VEMA’s Machining Department is able to manufacture all types of dies, whether designed by our Technical Department or custom-made to the client’s specifications.
The use of highly qualified personnel allows us to conduct pre-series and testing operations on the manufactured dies, which are mounted onto 800-tonne mechanical presses and 400-tonne hydraulic presses.
