VEMA was founded in 1994 from the consolidated experience and expertise of its staff<\/strong> in the field of mold making, step, transfer, block and cold sheet metal stamping<\/strong> enabling it to propose appropriate and innovative solutions for every need and problem required by our Partners.<\/p>\n

The technical department has the latest technology<\/strong> with 3D CAD-CAM-CAE software for constant updating in the study, design and execution of<\/strong> the molds themselves.<\/p>\n

The production department<\/strong> has presses reaching the power of 800 tons mechanical and 1200 tons hydraulic equipped with automatic feeding devices including decoiler and flattening calender for thicknesses up to 12 mm high-strength.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The quality metrology laboratory<\/strong> uses DEA computerized 3D CMM stations for three-dimensional measurements, 3D Laser Scan, and all the necessary instruments to monitor the quality progress of samples, prototypes, and production in the molding department according to the most stringent customer<\/strong> requirements and the required quality standards<\/strong>, which are ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 19649:2016.
As of May 2018, we have also implemented company certifications<\/strong> achieving the new required standards according to ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 19649:2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
