In our engineering process, we start with the collection of customer requirements and data that the customer provides followed by detailed modeling of the components. Next, we perform an in-depth study of the molding process and use advanced simulations to optimize each production step, ensuring high-precision results.
The Tools Design is performed with CAD software such as Catia, Visi, NX.
At this stage, we take care of the actual construction of the tooling/dies and the making of the samples. The process begins with machining (machining) of the necessary components, followed by tool assembly (tool assembling) to ensure that everything is ready for production.
Once the assembly is completed, we perform tests and trials (try-outs) and produce pre-series parts to verify their quality and reliability before large-scale production. This approach allows us to optimize the entire process and ensure maximum accuracy in the subsequent steps.

We perform 3D measurements, laser scanning, tensile, torque and thickness tests. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications confirm our commitment to quality and sustainability.
We engage in Manufacturing and Assembly using state-of-the-art technologies. We offer processes for metal stamping (Forming Technology), welding and riveting (Union Technology), and surface finishing treatments such as galvanizing and KTL (Surface Finishing Technology).
These processes enable us to ensure high precision and strength of the components made.
