The dies are manufactured and processed using wire EDM and plunge EDM, as well as high-speed, high-precision grinding tools, lathes and milling machinery.
The dies are assembled and tested by our specialized technical experts.
Machine tools
VEMA’s Machining Department is able to manufacture all types of dies, whether designed by our Technical Department or custom-made to the client’s specifications.
Qualified
staff
The use of highly qualified personnel allows us to conduct pre-series and testing operations on the manufactured dies.
The dies are mounted onto 800-tonne mechanical presses and 400-tonne hydraulic presses.
